About Rogue Valley Manor

The Rogue Valley Manor is an award-winning Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Medford, Oregon. We are the only fully accredited CCRC in southern Oregon and the largest in the Oregon/California region. The Manor, a non-profit organization, was created in 1961, making us one of the most established and financially stable CCRCs in the nation. In 2005, we proudly celebrated our 45th Anniversary of service to seniors.

Our 668-acre campus offers accommodations ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom cottages. As a CCRC, the Manor offers four lifestyle choices, each of which provide different levels of health care: Cottage and Apartment Living, Residential Living, Skilled Nursing Care in an on-site Health Care Center, and Memory Care in our Special Care Center. The Manor is fully accredited by the prestigious Continuing Care Accreditation Commission, which is sponsored by the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.

The Manor's parent company is Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), also located in Medford. PRS is a non-profit corporation that creates, develops, and manages non-profit retirement communities, affordable housing facilities, charitable foundations, and a variety of community service groups throughout the United States. Its mission is to provide leadership for its subsidiary organizations and to create and enhance lifestyle opportunities for seniors in all income brackets. The PRS family of affiliates includes Cascade Manor in Eugene, OR; Holladay Park Plaza in Portland, OR; Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, OR; Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth, TX; University Retirement Community in Davis, CA; and Mirabella in Seattle, WA; Portland, OR and San Francisco Bay.
